2. Services

Design by Ency Ltd provides creative services including web design, branding, and consulting. All services are offered in accordance with individual project proposals or invoices agreed between us and each client.

3. Payments

Project fees are payable as stated in your proposal or invoice. For most projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. Work begins once the deposit is received, and final deliverables are released after full payment has cleared. For returning clients or smaller projects, full payment may be requested upfront at our discretion.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, projects include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or change requests may incur extra fees at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All original design work, code, and content remain the intellectual property of Design by Ency Ltd until final payment is received in full.

Once paid, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client for their own use.

We retain the right to display completed work and project materials in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liabilities

We take great care to produce high-quality, functional work. However, we cannot guarantee that any website, design, or service will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

Design by Ency Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use our work, website, or services.

Clients are responsible for checking final deliverables before publication and ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including data protection, accessibility, and advertising standards).

7. Website Content

All materials on this website — including text, images, designs, and code — are the property of Design by Ency Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of this site without permission.
