The brief
StayWell Health is a telehealth company with a unique model: delivering medical services to guests staying in short-term rental properties. They needed a professional website and integrated booking system that could manage multiple providers across different states and provide patients with a seamless, trustworthy booking experience for telehealth appointments.
The build
We delivered a beautiful and modern Squarespace website with a custom-built booking flow integrating Squarespace’s own scheduling tool, Acuity Scheduling. Features include state-based filtering for patients to find a local doctor, intake forms, policy documents with acknowledgments, and automated confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails. The result is a professional, seamless booking platform that makes scheduling telehealth visits simple for both StayWell Health and patients.
