A clear, collaborative process from start to finish. You deal with me at every stage, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Onboarding
Book a discovery call to talk through your vision, what the site needs to do, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.
Design & development
Once we’ve agreed the scope and you’ve accepted the proposal, the build begins: custom design, layouts and features, shared with you as it takes shape.
Handover
When you’ve approved the finished website, it goes live. On a custom build you get bespoke handover training, so you feel confident running it yourself. On Managed-For-You, I take it from there.

What does it cost?
Bespoke builds you manage yourself start from £3,000, quoted per project. The Managed-For-You plan starts from £150 a month, billed annually, so the year is paid up front. Either way you get a fixed figure in writing after our first call, before any work starts.
Do I have to sign up for the Managed-For-You plan, or can I manage my own site?
Entirely up to you. I build the site either way. Some clients want full control and proper training to run it themselves. Others want to never log in again. If you’re running it yourself, I build it custom in Squarespace, because it’s the easiest platform for a team to update, blog on and sell from. Custom-coded sites come with the Managed-For-You plan, since I look after the hosting and code.
What’s included in the Managed-For-You plan?
Monthly updates, design refinements, bug fixes, performance and Core Web Vitals monitoring, plugin and code checks, and priority support for anything urgent. Essentially, your site stays fast, current and working without you lifting a finger.
Is the SEO add-on required?
No. The SEO Plan is an optional add-on for Managed-For-You clients, at £500 a quarter. Every quarter it covers a full technical SEO audit with fixes made on the spot, meta and schema updates, a page speed tune-up, an internal linking review, and a plain-English report. Most clients add it once the site’s live and they want to actively grow traffic, not just maintain it.
How often can I request changes on the Managed-For-You plan?
You can request updates every month as part of your plan, and there’s priority support for urgent changes. Larger or more frequent updates can be arranged through a custom plan.
What if I need a bigger update?
Major updates, such as new page builds or a full redesign, are scoped separately as projects. As a Managed-For-You client you always get priority scheduling and support.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity. Managed-For-You clients don’t have a hard finish line, since I keep working on the site after launch.
