THEY SAY Studios came to us with a clear creative vision and their wireframes already locked in, but needing a Squarespace expert to translate that vision into a fully functioning, custom-built site. The brief called for more than a standard template build: bespoke case study layouts and a blog structure that could properly showcase the calibre of their work, without sacrificing the day-to-day ease of managing content in-house.

We built the site from scratch and made sure it was easily updatable, developing custom code on top of Squarespace’s foundation to achieve the distinctive look and functionality the wireframes called for, while keeping the backend simple enough that the THEY SAY team could manage updates independently going forward.

The case study section was built to flex around each project’s unique story, giving every piece of work its own visual identity rather than forcing it into a rigid template. The blog was structured to match, making it straightforward for the team to keep publishing without needing a developer involved every time.

The result is a site that looks and feels as sharp as the work it’s showcasing, built for a studio that lives and breathes design, with none of the maintenance headaches of a fully custom build.
